Symbian Signed Test Criteria (v3.0.2 Applicable from 2008-05-19)
The Symbian Signed Test Criteria review has now been completed and will be in force from 19th May 2008. It is available from Download
Existing Test Criteria (v3.0.1) will be used until the 19th May 2008

- Additional requirements for sis files using Phone Manufacturer Capabilities (Section 3.3)
- Additional information on "Eligibility for Express Signed" (Section 3.5)
- Additional information and guidelines for "Declarative Statements" (Section 3.7)
- Numbers added for Checklist items (Section 4)
- CHECK-16 Additional information related to approval required for Network Control capability if directly accessing the SIM card
- UNI-09 Additional Exceptions added for this test
- Appendix 1 added containing information about "Non-Standard submissions"

I cannot see the link between CHECK-16 and UNI-09, or despite the Change list presentation above they are not related.
