Known Defect - Selecting multiple phones during submission for Express Signed causes the submission to fail

Do not select multiple phones from the list during submission to Express Signed. This causes the submission to fail. Select one phone only, the real phones information for your submission is extracted from the sis file. This is what is used by the Test House to decide what phones to run for the Scalable UI test.

Known Defect - TCT Publisher Ids cannot be used to create Developer Certificates for 24 hours after purchase.

The error that will be seen is "only one IMEI allowed." Please wait 24 hours following purchase of your TCT Publisher Id.

Known Defect - CS country code not recognized. Developer certificate request tool uses an outdated country table, so it needs to be "updated" in order to work:

1) You can download "Resource Hacker" here: http://angusj.com/resourcehacker/

2) Run the resource hacker tool. Open the DevCertRequest.exe and go to string table 14 and edit the [country] tag to your preference. I have changed country code YU -> CS. Maybe you can add new countries if you have a different problem.

3) Save the new executable as DevCertRequest2.exe, run it and make the .csr file.

I think that this:

should qualify as a known defect related to the test criteria below. I question the statement that it should be fixed in later S60 3rd edition Software. Please Advice!

UNI-08.EX2: Known DefectsWhere a known defect in the installer prevents compliance with a test case, applications are

considered exempt until such time as approved workarounds are published_http://developer.symbian.com/wiki/display/sign/Symbian+Signed+Known+Defects_. Developers
should clearly state on their declarative statements when a known defect is preventing then from

passing this test case.
