With offices in Europe, North and South America,Asia and India, NSTL is uniquely-positioned to offer developers throughout the world access to Symbian Signed testing. NSTL also offers additional testing against manufacturer/operator certification criteria for Nokia, Samsung, and Vodafone where required. Content Signing Pricing
Typical 'content' files include themes, ebooks (e.g. pdb files), and data (e.g. maps). Symbian Signed only signs applications or content that are bundled up as SIS files for deployment onto Symbian OS handsets. In the context of Symbian Signed, 'Passive Content' is classed as a SIS file that does not contain any executable components. The Symbian Signed test criteria defines 'Passive Content' as "pure data files and/or content that does not reconfigure or cause the application to change its normal behaviour".

Less than 10: 40 EUR (per test)
10 - 24: 35 EUR (per test)
25 - 50: 33 EUR (per test)
50 or greater: 30 EUR (per test)
