Symbian Analyse Remote Heap
Description
This package contains the source files of a run-time version of AnalyseHeap for dumping the heaps of other ("remote") threads, which may be in other processes.
A run-time library provides two APIs. The first can be used to generate heap data file that can be analysed off-line by AnalyseHeap. The second retrieves some parameters about the heap at run-time, which is useful to show the size of heaps in a task manager application.
A reference text shell application uses the run-time library to dump the heap of every thread in the system to C: (on WINSCW) or E: (on target). Developers may wish to develop more advanced applications
Installation and use
Download the 'Analyse Remote Heap' package.
Unzip the package and extract the contents to a suitable location
