Symbian DevCert Request Tool for Windows
Description
Developer Certificate Request for Windows is a Windows-based application wizard used for generating a Certificate Request (.csr) file to request Symbian Developer Certificates on the Symbian Signed portal.
Generating a certificate request file involves five necessary and distinct steps. The wizard guides the user through each step in sequence, where subsequent steps are not executed unless all user input pertaining to the current step have been supplied satisfactorily.
