Symbian example code licence

Please read this licence agreement carefully:

use, copy and modify copies of this software and associated documentation (together the “Example Code”); and
make available, distribute, sub-licence and/or sell new software that is derived from or incorporates the Example Code (“Application”).

This notice, unmodified, shall be included with all copies or substantial portions of the Example Code that are distributed in source code form;
This notice, unmodified, shall be included with all copies or substantial portions of the Example Code that are distributed in binary form in the documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution;
You must not use Symbian's trade marks, name or logos on or in relation to your Application or otherwise to market your Application, and you must not make representations that your Application is in any way endorsed by or connected with Symbian.

THE EXAMPLE CODE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SYMBIAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE EXAMPLE CODE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE EXAMPLE CODE.
